Establish strong cooperative and business partnerrelationship with the local client through communications.Assist EAM to develop marketing plan and budget.Manage Event department to carry out the daily taskeffectively. Coordinate every department in order to provide high standardservice to clients.Make catering and banquet sales plan with EAM andDirector of F&B.Assist hotel to develop and promote new product andserviceAssist hotel to make market strategies.Consider external economic environment when making plans.Manage financial and budget report as well as makingpricing strategies.Ensure to achieve business goals through making revenueand expense balance.Negotiate with client to satisfy consumer’s need as wellas achieve profit of the hotel.To carry out any other sessions duties andresponsibilities of assigned.

Knowledge and Experience知识和经验
Have more than five years work experiences about sales inhotel, should be engaged in basic level job.Have the strong ability of social campaign, adapt tochanges, and judge. Mastery sales professional knowledge, can guide thesubordinate work.Have the ability of language and can use a foreignlanguage to do operation.Mastering the knowledge of banquet sales skills, have thestrong practice experience and positive attitude to work.At ease in a multi-cultural environment.Confident speaking skills.
具有五年以上酒店销售相关工作经验,从事过基层工作。具有较强的社会活动能力、应变能力及判断能力,熟悉本职工作,掌握一定销售专业知识,能引导下级人才工作。具有一定语言文字能力,并能熟练运用一门外语进行业务活动。掌握一定宴会销售的技能、技巧知识,并具有较强的实践经验,以及积极的工作态度。能适应多元化的环境。沟通能力强。
