Welcome and assisting our guests with enthusiasm, effciency and professionally at all times, handle any guests' problems or complaints in an understanding and hospitable manner. Knowledgeand Experience知识和经验
Hospitality/tourism degree preferred; 1+ years’ guest relation experience in international hotels.Fluent in English; additional language.skills(Chinese/Russian/German/French, etc.) preferred.Cross-culturally adaptable, able to integrate well into team environments, strong learning ability with a strong passion for the hospitality industry, open to job rotation training.
酒店管理/旅游相关专业优先,1年以上国际品牌酒店对客服务经验。英语流利,掌握第二外语(中文/俄语/德语/法语等)为佳。具有跨文化适应能力,能够很好地融入团队环境,具备较强的学习能力,对酒店业充满热情,乐于接受岗位轮换培训。
