Prepares cooks and bakes food in designated areas of the kitchen as per the standards for the guests and associates by following instructions. Works in a Hygienic, safe, efficient and productive manner at all times. Familiarizes himself with menu and ingredient knowledge.

PREFERRED KNOWLEDGE / QUALIFICATIONS

At least 1 years' experience in 5 stars Hotel.
至少1年五星级酒店工作经验。
Must have a good knowledge and understanding of Western and basic Asian cuisines and Western Kitchen Technical skills.
