职位概括
Greet and seat guests while coordinating guest reservations and responding to inquiries in an efficient, courteous and professional manner to achieve maximum customer satisfaction while complying with all Four Seasons’ policies.
问候顾客及根据预定为顾客合理安排座位,提供专业高效的服务,在遵守四季酒店规范的同时,确保顾客的满意。
Set up host/hostess stand, review guest reservation and make recommendations as to the set-up of the room, maintain a station chart and cover count for the restaurant while recognizing the maximum workload capacity of each server in order to meet Four Seasons Service standards.
整理领位台,查看预定,根据餐厅的布置向顾客建议座位。同时根据餐厅位号图和每个区域的最大容量领位,平均每个区域服务员的工作量,确保向顾客提供符合四季标准的高质量服务。
Seat guests promptly at a table pre-set for the number in the party and according to guest preference.
根据顾客的喜好和人数,迅速为其安排座位。
Answer calls according to Four Seasons standards and take guest reservations or provide information regarding the restaurant or any other hotel service.
根据四季标准接听电话,为顾客做预定或向顾客提供餐厅或酒店其他服务的相关信息。
Anticipate the needs of guests, respond accordingly to guest inquiries or problems, and recognize regular guests by name and utilize the guest’s name consistently.
预知顾客的需求,及时满足顾客的要求或解决问题。认知常客的姓名,使用顾客的名字称呼顾客。
Inspect and maintain daily menus to ensure quality, condition and appearance while developing a complete working knowledge of all menu items and daily specials.
保管菜单,保持菜单的整洁。熟悉菜单上的所有菜品及每日推荐。
PREFERRED KNOWLEDGE / QUALIFICATIONS
职位要求
College degree or equivalent experience.
大专或同等学历。
Minimum1 years food service or related work.
不少於一年餐饮或相关经验。
其他要求
- 国际联号工作经验:优先
- 国内管理公司经验:优先
- 年龄要求:35岁以下
- 语言要求:英语-良好
