SUMMARY OF POSITION
职位概括
1. Managehotel products and contents on WeChat iShop, Dianping.com, Red, Tiktok etc.Property primary point of contact with vendor Zhiketong on daily operations.
2. Createseasonal promotion campaigns align with E-commerce Festivals in China to driverevenue across all online customer segments (leisure travel) and work with PR,Sales, Reservations, Finance and Operations to ensure a smooth execution. (Functionsincluding but not limited to market demand research, hotel product development,online distribution channel planning, inventory management, campaignperformance analysis etc.)
3. Improvecustomer shopping experience, click-on rate and traffic & conversion rateswith proper visual designs & marketing concept that discussed with propertyPR team.
4. Providemonthly & quarterly analysis including performance of campaigns and channelsalong with return-on-investment statistics.
5. Reach& develop promotions/partnerships with new commercial platform to furtherhotel’s online presence and revenue and negotiate on behalf of the hotel fornew online marketing initiatives.
PREFERRED KNOWLEDGE / QUALIFICATIONS

1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
2. Three to five years of experience in a digital marketingcapacity, preferably within the lifestyle and hospitality industries
