SUMMARY OF POSITION
职位概括
Assist in the continuing effort to maintain the high quality ofphysical fitness facility by cleaning fitness equipment as scheduled by the RecreationManager.
遵从健身经理的安排。通过清洁健身设备，协助保持健身设施的高质量。
Provide security for swimming pool guestsand have swimming teaching ability.
为泳池客人提供安全保障并具备有用教学能力。
Handle all member/guests interaction with the highest level of hospitalityand professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible; resolvecustomer complaints; assist customers in all inquiries in connection with clubor hotel services.
以最高水平的热情和专业态度处理所有会员及客人的互动，尽可能满足特殊要求，解决客户投诉；协助客户解决所有与俱乐部或酒店服务有关的问题。
Properly book all necessary reservations that pertain to necessary poolservices or activities i.e. swim lessons, pool games, swim meets.

PREFERRED KNOWLEDGE / QUALIFICATIONS
职位要求
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in personal training industry at a similar club or resort.
至少两年在类似俱乐部或度假村从事私人培训行业经验。
Excellent presentation skills.
优秀的表达能力
Good team player and corporate attitude.

Ability to use necessary water safety equipment trained at certification to include but not limited to i.e. Safety tube, lifeline, and defibrillator.
