Assists supervisor in executing the day to day operational requirements.
协助上司执行日常运营性需求;
Coordinatesand performs guest arrival, departure and cashiering tasks in accordance withhotel standards; Provides genuine hospitality and recognition in the work area;adheres to hotel credit policies and procedures.
确保在协助客人光临、离开与付款时遵循酒店的服务标准;提供真诚服务,熟练掌握相应工作;遵循酒店的规章制度与工作流程;
Anticipates guest needs andtakes ownership of guest concerns and requests; acts decisively to ensure guestsatisfaction; reports all glitches to Manager for further follow up.
设身处地的为客人的需求着想,着力帮助客人解决疑虑以满足其要求;绝对确保客人的满意度; 将所有工作中出现的问题与客人投诉等相关事宜报告给部门经理,方便部门经理后续跟进。
Displays warmth, care and genuine enthusiasm when dealing with guests and internal customers.

Possesses a high degree of product knowledge and relevant technical skills; intuitively recommends and effectively upsells hotel facilities in a sensitive and personalized manner.

接受应届毕业生;
Previous concerned working experience is preferred.
