Assist DOP to coordinate and manage the overalloperations of the Purchasing, Receiving and Storeroom Department to ensure thatall departments of the hotel have adequate supplies to perform their duties inan efficient manner.

Keep abreast of new and alternative products inthe market and consult with other department on products to enhance costeffectiveness and quality standards.

Maintain the highest level of integrity andtransparency in dealing with business partners and ensure that business isawarded fairly.

Follow all local and corporate policies, rules, internalcontrols and procedures and safeguards as they relate to the PurchasingDepartment.

Ensure proper authorization has been obtainedfor all hotel-specific purchasing contracts and conduct, manage and completecompetitive bids in accordance with policy and ensure bids are on file whereapplicable prior to execution of contracts.

PREFERRED KNOWLEDGE / QUALIFICATIONS
职位要求
Minimum 1 year experience in related position with Four Seasons or other organization.
至少1年于四季酒店或国际五星级酒店同等职位工作经验。
Good knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
熟知电脑操作及办公软件应用。
