Prepares cooks and bakes food in designated areas of the kitchen as per the standards for the guests and associates by following instructions. Works in a Hygienic, safe, efficient and productive manner at all times. Familiarizes himself with menu and ingredient knowledge.
根据工作标准、为客人及员工准备食品。当接到指示时立即进入工作状态。保证有效安全的工作并发扬勤俭节约的风格。熟知菜单及配料成分。
PREFERRED KNOWLEDGE / QUALIFICATIONS

Basic Pastry and Bakery skills and techniques;

Basic Knowledge of Pastry and Bakery;

Have a good knowledge and understanding of Pastry Kitchen Technical skills;

Can work on overnight shift.
