工程部领班 Team Leader - Engineering

负责模块：机修方向
Holds a qualification in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering and/or Building Management.
Good knowledge of air conditioning, ventilation, refrigeration systems and related refrigerants, chilled/condenser water components. 
Prefer knowledge of hydraulics, including balancing in waterworks/tanks; prime/standby power generation equipment and associated switchgear.
Preferable to have experience in reverse osmosis and triple effect evaporator systems 
Good knowledge in managing fire main systems & associated pumps, sprinkler systems and equipment, with knowledge of fire, pressure vessel, electrical codes and occupational safety codes.
Understanding for main/secondary drainage (plumbing) systems, electrical power distribution systems.
Minimum two to four years work experience in Maintenance Supervisor in a hotel or in a similar large building/complex with central plant.
Essential knowledge of Travel and Hotel industry.
