暖通、给排水值班工程师
Diploma in Electrical, Air-Conditioning or Mechanical Engineering
Those without relevant qualifications must have at least 5 years experience in the same environment and capacity
Preferably with experience from Hotel industry
Holds a qualification in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering and/or Building Management
Graduate from work-related School/University
Good command English  – written and spoken, other languages are desirable
Excellent customer service
Well developed computer skills particularly in the use of MS Office, Lotus Notes
Leadership skills
Good training and facilitating skills
Excellent communication and analytical skills
