【岗位职责】
1.确保所有员工遵循品牌承诺并始终提供优异的对客服务。
Ensures that all Front Office associates deliver the brand promise and provide exceptional guest service at all times.
2.确保前厅部员工适时的为其他部门员工提供同样优质的服务。
Ensures Front Office associates provide excellent service to internal customers as appropriate.
3.协助问候和向贵宾和长住客人提供入住登记服务。
Assists in greeting and checking-in VIP and Long Stay guests.
4.确保所有前厅部员工熟悉酒店的产品和服务。
Ensures that all Front Office associates are familiar with the hotel’s products and services.
5.礼貌而高效地处理所有客人和内部的投诉和询问,确保问题得到圆满解决。
Handles all guest and internal customer complaints and inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, following through to make sure problems are resolved satisfactorily.
6.支持大堂的营运,确保进入酒店的所有宾客都受到热烈欢迎。
Support the lobby operations and ensure warm welcome of all guests to the Hotel.
【岗位要求】
1.具备出色的沟通和客户关系管理技能。
Well developed Communication and Customer Relations Skills.
2.熟练掌握计算机技能,特别是 MS Office, 邮件, Opera等基本系统操作界面。
Well developed Computer Skills particularly in the use of MS Office, email, Opera and basic systems interface.
3.2年及以上国际联号酒店品牌前厅工作经验。
Minimum two years work experience as Front Office Team Leader in an International hotel.
