市场销售副总监Assistant Director of Sales and Marketing

【岗位职责】
1.管理所有销售策略、战略和执行，应与销售锦囊所述一致，以组织有纪律的强力销售队伍达到销售目标
To manage all sales strategy, tactic, and actionimplementations, complying with the Smart Selling approach, in order to createa strong and disciplined Sales Team who achieve their sales goals.
2.管理所有关键销售客户和团队，根据收入经理编制的销售账户分析对其进行评估，并制定定价、库存和销售资源分配策略。
Managesall key sales accounts and groups, evaluates them based on sales accountanalysis prepared by Revenue Manager, and develops strategies for pricing,inventory, and sales resource allocation.
3.确保所有销售方案、宣传资料、数字营销工具和其他销售沟通符合酒店和凯悦的品牌标准，并在信息方面保持最更新状态
Ensuresall sales proposals, collateral, digital tools, and other sales communicationsare in-line with the hotel’s and Hyatt’s brand standards, and up- to-date interms of information.
【岗位要求】
1.本科以上文化程度，三年以上同岗位同体量酒店工作经验。
Bachelor's degree or above, with at least 3 years of work experience in the same position at hotels of similar scale.
2.具备优秀的市场策划、市场开拓能力、市场推广和销售能力。
Possess excellent market planning, market development, marketing promotion and sales capabilities.
3.优秀的组织实施能力和团队领导能力。
Excellent organizational implementation and team leadership skills.
4.熟知本地业务及业务趋势。
Familiar with local business operations and industry trends.
