- To be familiar with Hotel policies & procedures.
熟悉酒店规章制度。
- To report to work on time, uniform to be clean & tidy, including name tag, Personal appearance and grooming conform the Brand Service Standards.
按时上班,穿戴干净整洁的员工服及名牌,并注意仪容仪表。
- To attend the required meetings.
准时参加相关会议。
- Knowing the names and positions of the hotel management and their respective extensions.
熟悉酒店各个部门管理层员工职位,姓名及分机号码。
- To be familiar with all hotel facilities and restaurants.
熟悉酒店所提供的相关服务及餐厅信息。
- To be aware of the promotions in the hotel restaurants.
熟悉酒店餐厅的各种促销活动。
- Awareness of the daily events in the hotel.
了解酒店当天的各种会议及活动信息。
- Knowledge of the events in the city.
了解杭州当天举办的各种会议及活动。
- To handle all internal and external phone calls according to the telephone etiquette.
遵守电话礼仪,接听外部及内部来电。
- Ensure the main entrance is clean, easily accessible and manned at all times.
确保酒店出入口干净整洁,方便行人出入。
- Acknowledge the guest upon arrival at the airport; give them a warm welcome and escort to the car.
接机时能够第一时间认出并欢迎客人,提供行李服务,带领客人到酒店豪华车。
- Acknowledge the guest at arrival and open the car door within 5 second of arrival.
随时注意到来客,并在五秒之内为客人拉开车门。
- Assisting the guest leaving the car.
为准备离开的客人随时提供帮助及服务。
- Communicating the guest arrival through the walkie talkie ensuring the relevant sections awareness.
在帮助入住客人时,如有必要请使用对讲机与同事交流相关信息。
- According to the Brand Service Standard of the luggage service, taking care of the guest luggage from the car to the hotel room.
根据康莱德品牌规定,从客人下车到客房,酒店员工需全程为客人提供搬运行李。
- Ensure the guest luggage is never left unattended unless in locked storage.
不能将客人的行李留在无人看管的位置,需放在上锁的行李室内。
- Offer at least 2 suggestions when recommending a guest to provide the guest with a choice.
当给客人做各种推荐时,务必提供两种以上选择。
- To communicate all guest comments to the Concierge Supervisor and ensure a follow up is done.
及时与礼宾部主管沟通客人的评论,确认跟进所有客人的顾虑。
- When not clear about guest inquiry, verify with the Concierge Supervisor
- Keep detailed and proper record of the guest incoming and outgoing luggage storage.
确保登记所有寄存及取出的行李。
- Place the luggage in the car trunk and let guest verify the content.
为客人取出行李并放入车内前,请务必让客人核实行李及件数。
- Farewell the guest and wish him / her a pleasant continuing journey.
向客人告别,并祝客人有个愉快的旅程。
- Always keep concierge counter and store room tidy and clean.
保持礼宾部和行李储存室的干净整洁。
- Ensuring to complete daily shift checklist.
确保完成每天班次工作内容检查表中的所有工作。
- The management reserves the right to change / extend this job description if necessary at any point of time during her / his employment.
在工作期间,如有必要,管理层拥有权力修改及增加工作项目。
- Carries out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.
执行其它被分配任务及职责。
