1. Formulating market listsfor the routine purchase of fresh food including meat, fish, poultry,provisions, produce, dairy, cheese, bread; and as well, similar lists for allbeverages such as liquor, wine, beer, sodas and juice, and all non-perishablefoods.

2. Establishing vendorpartnerships for all major categories of Food & Beverage. 和主要的食品酒水供应商建立合作伙伴关系。
3. Administrates a PurchaseRequisition/Purchase Order system for the hotel including instruction to hotelstaff, setting up a filing system for easy reference, selling up a Receivingsystem and training an Assistant and a Receiver to handle these duties on aregular basis per the job descriptions for those positions.

5. Implements and enforcesall control procedures for hotel goods entering through the purchasing area.
