Responsibilities 工作职责
1.Assist the Sous Chef/Junior Sous Chef in the day-to-day operation of the kitchen and to help maintain a high Standard of food preparation and presentation.
协助厨师长/副厨师长管理厨房的正常运作,保证食品的高质量 。
2.Ensures correct and safe use of all equipment, machinery and tools. Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness and tidiness in the pastry kitchen, storage, fridge’s and freezers.
确保正确安全的使用饼房所有装备、机器和工具,, 保持厨房、冷库等地方高标准的清洁与卫生。
3.Assist with the preparation. Presentation and storage of pastries, cakes, hot & cold desserts, and yeast goods.
协助做好. 推出蛋糕和发酵食品. 冷, 热甜品。
4.Assist with the preparation and storage of pastry for Buffets.
协助准备. 储存自助餐西点食品。
5.Assist with training new pastry kitchen associates.
指导西点房新员工工作。
6.Clean and maintain pastry kitchen equipment and premises.
清洁并保养西点设备及饼房工作区域。
Job Specs 职位要求
1.At least 2- 3 years experience in 5 Star Hotel.
至少有2 -3年在五星级酒店的工作经验。
2.Knowledge in HACCP.
在食品安全体系方面的知识。
3.Good Knowledge of Pastry and Bakery techniques and skills.
良好的餅房和面包房的技术和技能;
