Responsibilities 工作职责
1. To monitor and control use of hotel meeting facilities and venue for events both for internal & external guests.
主要负责及控制酒店会议设施和各种内外活动的安排和使用。
2.Create internal breakdown for wedding package, meeting package and etc.
负责创建婚礼,会议,主题晚会等活动。
3.Responsible for overseeing the activities of all in house groups ensuring events are executed as planned and customer expectations are met
负责在住团队的所有活动,保证团队活动顺畅并能够满足客户的期望。
4.Convince and recommend the place in hotel for meals during period of stay, propose menu choices to match with guest's requirement and theme, entertainment, special gift which get along with their purpose of visit
根据客户团队性质销售和推荐酒店内相应的用餐地点,菜单,娱乐活动,特殊礼品等信息以满足客户需求。
5.Establishes and maintains files of major accounts and assists the Director of Banquet Sales in maintaining the Accounts Management System.
建立和维持主要的客户档案并协助宴会销售总监维护管理客户档案管理体系。
Job Specs 职位要求
1.University graduate, excellent command of written and spoken in English and Chinese language.
大学专科,良好的中英文读写能力。
2.Minimum 3 years’ experience in similar capacity with international chain hotels.
具有至少三年在国际连锁酒店的相关经验。
3.Very familiar with local market and good at marketing trend analysis.
了解本地客户的情况并具有很强的市场分析能力。
4.Good skills of organization and presentation.
良好组织及展示技巧。
5.Excellent Negotiation and Communication skills.
优秀的谈判及沟通技巧。
