1.Greets guests in accordance with the company’s uniquely Thai policy. Escorts guests to the treatment rooms and serves beverages upon completion of the treatment.
根据公司标准用泰式方法问候客人,陪同客人至疗程房,在客人结束疗程后为客人提供茶水。
2.To meet, greet and bid farewell to all guest with a warm, friendly and genuine smile.
以热情、友好和真诚的笑容来迎接、问候,欢送所有的客人。
3. Answers telephone calls in a professional, courteous and polite manner in accordance with hotel’s standards.
按照酒店的规定,专业,客气,有礼貌的接听来电。
4. Accepts and accurately record all guest bookings for Spa services in accordance with departmental procedures.
按照本部门的程序,接受和准确的为客人预定
5. Be fully aware of all Spa services in order to be able to promote the Spa.

Job Specs 职位要求
1.1-2 years in a managerial position in 4/5 Star category hotel.
一至二年在四/五星级酒店的相关管理经验。
2.Good English skills.
良好的英语。
3.Positive attitude.
积极的工作态度。
4.Open minded and outgoing personality .
开朗及外向性格。
