Ensure commercial management techniques of availability control are applied to achieve a maximisation of room revenue for the hotel.
在控房方面运用商业的管理技巧使酒店的住房收入达到最大值
Ensures the accuracy of the reservations received from all sources according to the hotel room availability and rate structure.
根据酒店可售房型及价格构架,接收并准确录入各订房渠道的预订
Provide guest with update hotel information on the hotel product, including room type, room rate, F&B promotion, opening hour…
提供客人酒店各种产品及服务的最新信息 (例,房态,房价,餐饮推广及营业时间等)
Always try to sell higher rate rooms first (up selling) by promoting the features of the premium room versus standard room.
通过推销与普通客房相比高级客房特色的方式销售高级客房 (增销)
Always try to sell other service to the guest such as limousine transportation service.
尽力销售酒店其它产品(例.租车服务)
Always offer alternative options when meeting resistance such as alternative rate/date/room type/waitlist
遇到困境时为客人提供多项选择 (例:其它价格/其它房型/等候名单)
Ensure all guest requests are responded immediately.
确保所有客人需求得到即时回复
Performs duties of secretarial nature including preparing correspondence, maintaining files, sending faxes, etc.
履行秘书的职责, 包含准备预订单,整理文档资料,收发传真等.
Prepare arrival list for the following day.
准备第二天的到店预订列表
Record all refused business with reasons for refusal.
记录所有未接受预订及其原因
Assist Reservation Supervisor in preparing the daily/weekly/monthly Report
协助主管准备每日,每周及每月报表
Maintain and update guest history and collecting marketing information.
保持及更新客史数据并收集市场数据
Communicate with other department and within the department in a professional and positive manner

Process jobs using FCS and follow up as necessary to ensure tasks are processed to meet target service delivery timelines.

Participate in the Reservation Sales Centre weekly audit program to continually improve individual and department performance.
参与预订销售中心每周的检查项目,从而持续提高个人及部门的表现。
Be aware of the reports reviewed from the PABX system, the data extracted from them including the average hold time, volume of calls per hour, percentage of answered calls, average call duration etc.
理解利用PABX报表分析获得的数据,包括平均用时,每小时的电话量,接话百分比,平均电话时长等。
Accurately take information and process guest requests into various information systems such as Micros, FCS or Opera.
能准确获取信息并将宾客的要求输入不同的信息系统,例如:Micros,FCS,Opera。
Understand their role in an emergency situation in the hotel.
知道在酒店紧急情况下自己应扮演的角色。
Attend assigned training sessions on time and as scheduled.
准时参加已安排的培训课程。
Ensure attendance to work is on time as scheduled.
按照预先安排的班次准时上岗工作。
Fully understand hotel FCS, PABX including call accounting & voice mail systems and be familiar with the PMS; able to perform basic trouble shooting.
能熟练使用FCS,PABX(包括话费结算,语音信箱系统)和PMS系统,并排除基本故障。
Be familiar with hotel emergency procedures e.g. fire alarm
熟悉酒店紧急情况处理程序,例如:火警的处理。

Perform any duties as assigned by the management deemed necessary.
