SCOPE 职责范围
Monitor the hotel through monitoring equipment, collect information,deal with security risks in time, and ensure the personal and property safety ofhotel guests and employees.
通过监控设备对整酒店进行安全监控，收集信息，及时处理安全隐患，保障酒店客人与员工的人身财产
以及酒店财产安全。
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES 主要职责
Security安全防损
· Be responsible for the 24-hour duty of thesupervision room, familiar with the alarm equipment of the monitoring center,can handle small equipment failures, and keep records of working conditions andequipment operation.
负责监控室24小时值班，熟悉监控中心的报警设备，能够处理小的设备故障，做好工作情况和设备运转情况记录。
· Be familiar with hotel fire protectionsystem and firefighting equipment, and verify the alarm immediately. Be able touse the various equipment of fire center properly and timely, keep a close eyeon the various conditions displayed on the equipment, and report to thedepartment head immediately. When fire alarm occurs, check the cause of thealarm and notify the relevant departments in time according to the alarmprocedure developed by the hotel. For equipment reasons, failure andimprovement measures should be put forward.
熟悉酒店消防系统及消防设备，发生报警时立即进行核实。能正确及时地使用消防中心的各种设备，密切注视设备上所显示的各种情况，有问题马上报告部门领导。发生火警时，及时查看报警原因，并按酒店制定的报警程序及时通知有关部门，按火警火灾处理程序办理，属设备原因，应排除故障并提出改进措施。
· Monitor the operation status of fire controlequipment at any time. When fire occurs, all kinds of equipment can be startedand used properly, so as to assist the hotel leadership to organize firefightingand rescue work.
随时监督消防设备的运转状态，发生火灾时，能正确启动和运用各种设备，沉着冷静地协助酒店领导组织灭火自救工作。
· Do a good job of video monitor TV pictures,timely report suspicious situation and dispatch the nearest security personnelto handle, and make a record.
密切注视各重要通道监控电视画面，发现可疑情况及时报告，派就近的保安人员进行处理，并作好记录。
· Save the video footage of the surveillance TV,if there are any foreign visitors, ask the manager inaccordance with the prescribed procedure, then handle it.
保存监控电视画面的录像资料，若有外来人员查阅，必须按规定程序请示经理后办理。
· In charge of monitoring equipment inspection asrequired. Keep the room clean, strictly prohibit irrelevant personnel andcasual personnel from entering the monitoring room .按要求做好监控设备检测工作。保持室内清洁卫生，并严禁无关人员以及闲杂人员进入监控室。
· Regularly check or spot check, test variousalarm probe, and make records.
定期检查或抽查、测试各种报警探头，并做好记录。
· Ensure the safety of all property in thehotel, in case of theft, artificial damage or other conditions.
确保酒店所有财产的安全，以防偷窃、人为破坏等情况的发生。
· Assistwith initial investigation in relation to allegations of loss or damage.
协助关于物损的初步调查。
· Befamiliar with hotel rules and policies.
熟悉酒店规章制度。
· Be familiar withall handover records, and must complete the filling, sorting and saving of allrecords on duty to ensure all contents are true and effective.
对部门内所有交接记录台账熟悉，并且必须完成当班时所有台账的填写登记整理保存，保证所有内容真实有效
• Must obey anywork related task and arrangement by the superior supervisor, and obey thearrangement of any post related to own work.
服从上级主管安排的任何与部门和酒店有关的工作，并服从安排任何与本职工作有关岗位顶岗值班。
Health and Safety 卫生安全
· Be aware of Health and Safety legislation.
了解卫生安全法。
· Check the fire equipment and emergency entrance of the hotel bypatrolling.
通过巡逻检查酒店的消防设备和紧急出入口。
· Identify,isolate and minimize workplace hazards.
识别、隔离和尽量减少工作场所的危害。
Communication交流沟通
· Maintain open and frequent communication with managers and supervisorswithin the security department and across the hotel.
与经理和主管保持开放互通的交流。
· Developeffective communication channels with colleagues from the hotel.
与酒店员工发展有效的沟通渠道。
Process and Operations操作步骤
· Ensurethe effective implementation of all security procedures.
确保保安部所有流程的有效执行。
REQUIREMENTS 职位要求
Education 教育程度
· High School Graduate or equivalent.
高中毕业或同等学历。
Job Skill/Knowledge 工作技能/知识
· Be familiar with the hotel fire control equipment operation and firesafety control procedures.
熟悉酒店消防设备操作和控制及安全、消防程序。
Language Proficiency 语言技能
· Fluentin Mandarin.
普通话流利。
· BasicConversational English.
基本英语对话。
