PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES 主要职责
·The dutyengineer is the principal when he is on duty, he is in charge of the basicoperation and maintenance work of Engineering department.

·Ensures thathotel rules are followed and obeyed.
确保遵循酒店规章。
·Ensures punctualattendance and adherence to duty schedules by all subordinate supervisors.
确保按时出勤并使所有下属主管都遵照值班表工作,根据总监要求巡查有关重要机房及公共区域。
·Ensures thatpersonal grooming and hygiene standards are being observed by doing spot checksin the morning.
通过早上随时抽查,确保员工仪表卫生良好。
·Ensures allengineering employees follow the Engineering Standards and Procedures as issued from time to time.
确保所有工程部员工遵循不定期发出的工程标准及程序。
·Responsible forthe proper organization and functioning of the energy management function ofthe Engineering Department.
负责工程部门能源管理功能的适当的组织及实施。
·Analyses andmonitors energy costs and expenditures for the department.
分析并监督部门能源成本及费用。
·Maintains anequipment and machinery record system for the property, do the hand-over workin accordance with Langham Hotels Group rules.
保留酒店设备及机器记录,按朗廷酒店集团的规定做好交接班工作。
·Prepares on-dutyLog and conducts shift briefings to ensure hotel activities and operationalrequirements are known.
作好当班记录,进行交班情况说明以确保酒店情况及运营要求被告知给接班人。
·Recommends tothe Director of Engineering, new policies and procedures for a more economicaloperation and maintenance program.
向工程总监建议新政策及程序以获取更经济的运营及维修保养方案。
·Participates inthe preparation of the annual engineering department budget.
参与年度工程部预算的准备。
·Provide uniqueand high quality service for our guests forwardly. Interacts and cooperateswith Hotel guests and outside contractors as directed by his superior.
主动向酒店客人提供独特、高品质的服务。按其上级指令与酒店客人及外包商进行互动与协商。
·Cooperates andcommunicates with other sections in the Engineering department.
与工程部内部的其它小组进行合作及交流。
·Interacts andcooperates with other departments when necessary to provide additional orspecialized services for functions, promotions and festivities.
如有必要与其它部门进行互动及合作,为宴会、促销及活动提供额外及特殊服务。
·Assists inEngineering contract analysis.
协助工程部合同分析。
·Assists everyconcerned technician with maintenance and repair when required and carry outtrainings on rules, regulations, operation standards etc. for the subordinates.
必要时协助各工种进行维修保养工作,对所属员工做好行为准则技能操作规范等进行培训。
·Conduct on thejob training in accordance with the departmental standards and procedures andmaintains a record of progress for each staff member.
按部门标准及程序进行岗位培训,并为每一参加培训的员工建档。
·Provide inputfor probation and formal performance appraisal discussions in line with companyguidelines.
按照集团指导方针进行员工在试用期及正式录用工作表现评估。
·Coach, counseland discipline staff in breach of hotel policies and departmental procedures,providing constructive feedback to enhance performance.
指导、建议并训练违反酒店政策及部门程序的员工,提出建设性反馈意见以提高工作质量。
·Recycleswhere-ever possible and enforces cost saving measures to staff.
尽可能使用任何可被回收之物,并在员工中加强成本控制措施。

·DemonstrateAwareness of OH&S policies and procedures and ensure all procedures areconducted safely and within OH&S guidelines and ensure your direct reportsdo the same.

REQUIREMENTS 职位要求
Education 教育学历
·Vocational Certificatein Engineering or equivalent.
工程职业证书或相当的证书。

·Good Mandarin and Englishlanguage skills.

·3 year of relevant experience oran equivalent combination of education and experience.
