岗位职责
1. Assists in producing the Annual Budget Plan.
协助销售总监制定年度收入计划。
2. Responsible for collecting and organizing information about market data, and regularly do statistical analysis, for the hotel administration management and DOS to provide effective sales data and decision-making basis.
负责收集和整理有关市场数据资料，并定期作统计分析，为酒店行政管理层及销售总监提供有效的销售决策数据和依据。
3. Regularly check the customer data files, analyze the potential development ability of customers, the customer's business data, and according to the customer's comprehensive performance provide different discounts.
定期检查客户资料档案，分析客户的潜在开发能力，统计客户的商务活动数据，并根据客户的综合表现对客户提供不同的优惠或折扣等级。
4. Sell all facets of the hotel.
销售酒店的所有设施。
5. Develop and maintain a regular pattern of sales calls, meeting with principals of target market.
设立和保持定期的销售拜访模式，与目标市场的主要人物会面。
6. Provides direction on, and conducts market research and analysis.
提供方向进行市场调研和分析。
7. Regularly visit the main business companies, travel agencies, government agencies and other units, and understand the information of the industry. Develops and contact with business generators, meeting and convention planners, travel agents, airlines, corporate accounts, Government Departments and other producers closely allied to Hotel business.
定期拜访主要的商务公司、旅行社、政府机构等单位，了解行业信息。根据酒店的营业需要，与业务联系人、会务策划者、旅行社、航空公司、公司客户、政府部门和其它客人发展并保持联系。
8. Plan and conduct familiarization tours and site inspections.
策划并实施现场考察活动。
9. Grows existing business and establishes and pursues leads which will develop business.
发展现有业务，并建立和寻找发展业务的机会。
10. Assesses sales and marketing data.
评估市场销售数据。
11. Assists in the evaluation of sales and marketing activities.
协助评估市场销售活动。
12. Analyses sales mix and likely impact on hotel goals.
分析销售综合计划和可能对酒店目标产生的影响。
13. Implement direction from DOS.
按销售总监的指示执行相关工作。
14. Maintains the highest standard of personal professional image, conduct, knowledge and skills related to the job responsibility.

15. Maintains professional business confidentiality.
保护商业机密。
16. Performs any other duty as assigned by the Department manager.
