1.Essential Duties and Responsibilities – (Key Activities of the role)
主要职责﹣(职务的主要工作)
1)  Monitors competitors’ activities and assists in marketing intelligence.
监督竞争对手的活动并协助监察市场动态。
2)  Sell all facets of the hotel and cross sell other sister Hotels.
销售酒店的所有设施,并交叉销售其它姐妹酒店。
3)  Establish new business and maintain existing business accounts through the preparation and execution of action plans.
通过制定和执行工作方案来开发新业务客户,维护现有业务客户。
4)  Convert sales leads.
转化销售线索。
5)  Handle accounts/prospects jointly with senior positions.
与高职位员工一起处理客户或潜在客户的业务。
6)  Conduct familiarizations and site inspections.
执行客人现场考察活动。
7)  Maintain a regular sales call pattern.
保持定期的销售拜访模式。
8) Attend regular meetings.
参加例会。
9) Entertain prospects and existing key accounts with the view to sustain business and generate further sales.
招待潜在客户和现有重要客户以获得业务和创造更多销售额。
10) Report as required on sales activities and successes.
按要求汇报销售工作和战绩。
11) Participate in conducting client interviews.
参加客户拜访。
12) Develop and maintain contact with business generators, meeting and convention planners, airlines, corporate accounts, Government Departments and other producers closely allied to Hotel Business.
与业务供应方,会展策划人,旅行社,航空公司,公司,政府部门及其它与酒店业务密切相关方建立和保持联系。
13) Work in line with business requirements.
依照业务需求开展工作。
14) Maintains the highest standard of personal professional image, conduct, knowledge and skills related to the job responsibility.
维护最高的专业个人形象。
15) Maintains professional business confidentiality.
保护商业机密。
16)Performs any other duty as assigned by the Department manager.
执行任何工作任务都像执行部门经理下达的任务一样。
17)  To be able to handle skilfully office automation software such as Words, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook etc. both in Chinese and English version.
能自如地使用中英版本的电脑软件, 例如:Words, Excel,PowerPoint, Outlook等。
18) To translate and interpret orally and written documents.
能进行日常的文件翻译工作。
19)  To receive dictation, compose, type letters, correspondences, contracts, memo, reports etc.
可以接受日常的听写, (语言)组织, 打印信件, 通信, 合同, 备忘, 日常报表等工作。
20) To handle mailings, faxes and incoming correspondences of all sections.
能管理好所有的邮件收发,传真和应收通信的存档。
21) To receive telephone calls, take messages and inform related persons when available.
接听好所有来电,作好留言并通知到相应的人。
22) To greet and handle all guests, both internal and external.
随时做好迎接和处理(对内和对外)的宾客事宜。
23) To organize and attend meetings, including the preparation of agenda and minutes.
组织好会议安排, 需要参加其会议时要准备好会议章程并完成会议记录。
24) To keep track and ensure the proper maintenance of all paper documents and filling.
确保完成好所有书面工作的存档。
