• Assists in producing the Annual Revenue Plan.
协助制定年度收入计划。
• Monitors competitors’ activities and assists in marketing intelligence.

• With Sales Manager plan sales strategy and implement tactics to achievebudget.

• Sell all facets of the hotel and cross sell other sister Hotels.
销售酒店的所有设施,并交叉销售其它姐妹酒店。
• Establish new business and maintain existing business accounts throughthe preparation and execution of action
plans.
通过制定和执行工作方案来开发新业务客户,维护现有业务客户。
• Convert sales leads.
转化销售线索。
• Handle accounts/prospects jointly with senior positions.
与高职位员工一起处理客户或潜在客户的业务。
• Conduct familiarizations and site inspections.
执行客人现场考察活动。
• Maintain a regular sales call pattern.
保持定期的销售拜访模式。
• Monitor competitive set and communicate tactical changes to Manager.
监测同档次酒店并与经理就策略的更改进行交流。
• Attend regular meetings.
参加例会。
• Entertainprospects and existing key accounts with the view to sustain business andgenerate further sales.
招待潜在客户和现有重要客户以获得业务和创造更多销售额。
• Report asrequired on sales activities and successes.
按要求汇报销售工作和战绩。
• Participate inconducting client interviews.
参加客户拜访。
• Monitorcompetitor activities.
监测竞争对手的活动。
• Build profile inmarket place.
在市场上创造声誉。
• Develop andmaintain contact with business generators, meeting and convention planners, airlines,corporate accounts, Government Departments and other producers closely alliedto Hotel Business.
与业务供应方,会展策划人,旅行社,航空公司,公司,政府部门及其它与酒店业务密切相关方建立和保持联系。
• Work in linewith business requirements.
依照业务需求开展工作。
• Maintains thehighest standard of personal professional image, conduct, knowledge and skillsrelated to the job responsibility.
维护高标准的专业个人形象。
• Maintainsprofessional business confidentiality.
保护商业机密。
• Performs anyother duty as assigned by the Department manager.
