Bar Supervisor酒吧主管
Job Descriptions岗位描述：
1、Assist the department leader in the daily operation of the bar；
协助部门领导负责酒吧的日常运营工作;
2、Establish and improve the bar's various management systems and working standards;
建立、健全酒吧的各项管理制度和工作规范；
3、Make reasonable suggestions for the operation of the bar;
为酒吧的运作提出合理化建议；
4、Organize and complete various business plans of the bar;
组织完成酒吧各项经营计划；
5、Check the operation situation, supervise and implement the rules and regulations and work norms, find problems to solve in time;
检查运营情况，督导、落实各项规章制度和工作规范，发现问题及时予以解决；
6、Supervise staff to maintain all facilities and equipment in the club;
督促员工做好会所所有设施设备的日常保养；
7、Review the application of various items, and control the cost;
审核各种物品的申领，并控制成本；
8、Conduct training to improve staff's quality and work skills; Deal with customers' complaints and suggestions to the bar in time and improve service continuously；
实施培训，提高员工自身素质和工作技能；及时处理客诉、了解客人对酒吧的建议，不断改进服务；
9、Assist leader to complete other daily work.
协助领导完成其他日常工作。
Job Requirements 任职要求：
1、Knowledge of drinks;
了解酒水相关知识；
2、Familiar with high-end bar operation management and service standards and workflow;
熟悉高端酒吧运营管理和服务标准及工作流程；
3、Have a high ability to deal with emergencies and customer communication ability;
有较高的处理突发事件的应变能力及对客沟通能力；
4、Love service work, work steadfast, serious, have a strong sense of enterprise and responsibility.
