1、Be proficient in northern cuisine精通北方菜
2,Improve the organization of catering kitchen, improve the layout of kitchen equipment, and ensure the quality of dishes.

3,Supervise the work of all employees in the catering kitchen, control facilities and costs, and increase benefits.

4,Check the quality of the goods received.

5,Constantly update the cooking archive of all dishes on the menu.
不断更新菜单上所有菜品的烹饪存档。
6,Responsible for the preparation, cooking and decoration of all food in the catering kitchen and ensuring the quality standards are met.
负责餐饮厨房所有食品的准备、烹饪、装饰,并确保达到质量标准。
7,Be involved in menu planning, recommend new dishes and coordinate with all relevant kitchen and restaurant outlets to implement.
参与菜单计划,推荐新菜,并联系组织所有相关厨房和餐厅执行新菜的推出。
8, Responsible for interviewing, hiring personnel, familiarizing employees with the hotel, praising, training, advising and suspending employees.

9,To have a complete understanding and to follow up on hotel policies relating to fire, hygiene, health and safety.

Job Requirements 任职要求:
1,At least 5 years working experience in the same position.
同岗位工作经验5年以上。
2, Received professional technical training and reached the advanced technical level
接受过专业技术训练,达到高级技术水平。
3,Proficient in kitchen operation management and cost control methods, familiar with the performance, use and maintenance of kitchen equipment.
熟练掌握厨房运作管理及成本控制方法,熟悉厨房各项设备的性能、使用及保养方法。
4,Knowledge of cost accounting, food raw materials and food nutrition.
了解成本核算,食物原料及食品营养知识。
5、He is good at dish innovation and has rich experience in large banquets and high-end table meals. There are high requirements and inspection efforts for hygiene. Be good at controlling the working efficiency and cohesion of the team, and always maintain the attitude and working ability of the hotel to maximize the benefits.
善于菜品的创新,对大型宴会和高档桌餐都有丰富的经验。对于卫生有高度的要求和检查力度。善于把控团队的工作效率和凝聚力,时刻保持酒店利益最大化的态度和工作能力。
