负责酒店全盘财务核算、收支及资产管理，统筹账务、报表、关账、薪酬、应付等财务工作；管理财务团队，财务总监缺位时全权负责财务部日常运营。
Perform full financial management including revenue, expense and asset control; oversee accounting, reporting, month-end close, payroll and AP; lead finance team and take charge of department daily work when Finance Director is absent.岗位职责 Job Responsibilities
账务资产管理 Balance Sheet Management管控全部资产负债科目，按月对账调账；保证收支凭证合规入账，审核各类会计单据。Manage balance sheet accounts and monthly reconciliation; ensure all entries comply with standards; examine all accounting vouchers.核算对账 Accounting Reconciliation完成应收应付、固定资产、存货、银行现金对账；审核发票、采购单据与付款资料。Reconcile AR, AP, fixed assets, inventory and bank accounts; audit invoices, procurement and payment documents.报表关账 Reporting & Month-End Close编制月度财务报表，按时完成月末关账；配合内外审计，跟进账务整改。Prepare monthly financial reports and complete month-end closing; coordinate with internal & external audit.薪资及应付款审核 Payroll & AP Audit审核工资、社保、个税；管控供应商对账、付款申请及合同票据。Verify payroll, social security and IIT; supervise supplier reconciliation and payment approval.团队管理 Team Management管理、培训出纳、应收应付、成本等财务人员，落地财务内控制度。Manage and train finance staff; implement financial rules and internal control procedures.跨部门协作 Cross-department Cooperation对接采购、餐饮、前厅、销售等部门，保障收入成本核算准确。Collaborate with all departments to guarantee accurate cost and revenue calculation.其他工作 Others完成上级交办临时工作，按需配合各部门运营支援。Complete ad-hoc assignments assigned by management.
任职要求 Job Requirements
大专及以上财务、会计相关专业；College diploma or above, major in Accounting/Finance.3 年及以上五星酒店同级财务管理工作经验；Minimum 3 years working experience as finance supervisor in five-star hotel.精通酒店全盘账务，熟练财务软件、PMS 及 Office；Skilled in hotel accounting, financial software, PMS and MS Office.具备团队管理、报表编制及跨部门沟通能力；Capable of team management, financial reporting and cross-functional communication.原则性强，诚信稳重，抗压性与执行力良好。High integrity, strong responsibility, good stress resistance and execution.
