财务经理 Finance Manager

1. 协助财务总监准备和整理所有主要关注的每月的财务报表和分析。
Assists the Director of Financ in all stages leading to the preparation and distribution of all monthly financial reports and analysis.
2. 协助准备制定的（依照法令的综合评述）和统计报。
Assists in the preparation of Statutory Surveys and special statistical reports as assigned by the Director of Finance.
3.确保全部的记账凭证和相关的财务报表是有适当的文件在今后做参考。
Ensures all journals and related financial reports are properly filed for future reference.
4.协助内部控制程序的实施，包括酒店的全部活动。
Assists in implementing and streamlining the internal control procedures covering all activities of the hotel.
5.答复各部门领导关于财务报表的询问和提供明细证明文件。
Responds to the queries and provide support details regarding financial statements to Head of Divisions and Departments.
6.确保会计人员对工作正常运转。
Ensure Accounting employees to work following the operational.
7.通过亲自处理，监督结清（账目），让所有会计员工履行他们的职责，与政策、程序和适当的法律相一致。
Through hands-on management, supervises closely all Accounting employees in the
performance of their duties in accordance with policies and procedures and
applicable laws.
8.确保会计人员对工作正常运转。
Ensure Accounting employees to work following the operational.
9.通过亲自处理，监督结清（账目），让所有会计员工履行他们的职责，与政策、程序和适当的法律相一致。
Through hands-on management, supervises closely all Accounting employees in the
performance of their duties in accordance with policies and procedures and
applicable laws.
10.作好适当的授权，职责和责任准备，适当的雇员资源，训练和开发他们，确保营运标准和安全标准是被维护的。
Delegates appropriately, duties and responsibilities to equipped and resourced employees,
nurturing and developing them whilst ensuring standards of operation and safety
are maintained.
