Responsible for all security, fire prevention and safetyissues. Establish and maintain good working relationships with governmentalorganizations related.
负责酒店所有安全及防火事务。同政府有关部门建立并保持良好的工作关系。
1. Implement Doubletree by Hilton InternationalSecurity Management and Guidelines Manual.
执行希尔顿逸林国际安全管理及指导手册的规定。
2. Implement laws andregulations formulated by People’s Republic of China and Shenyang Municipal Government.
执行国家法律法规及地方法规的规定。
3. Ensure theprotection of Hotel property, lives protection of guests and team members andtheir property.
确保酒店财产，酒店客人及员工的生命和财产安全。
4. Institute SecurityRegulations, Fire Prevention Regulations, guide and coordinate otherdepartments in security management.
制定酒店安全保卫制度、防火制度，指导和协助酒店各个部门的安全管理。
5. Supervise and checkthe implementation of all security regulations, ensure the follow up.
监督检查各项安全制度执行情况，保证安全制度的贯彻和落实。
6. Work out emergencyprocedures for fire and security, organize drills.
制定火灾和安全的紧急突发事件处置预案，并组织人员演练。
7. Offer safety andfire prevention training to team members and professional training to Security.
组织对员工进行安全教育和防火培训。组织保卫人员的业务培训。
8. Assist PSB, Fire ControlBureau or organize security guards related to investigate all criminal casesand fire accidents occurred inside Hotel.
协助公安及消防机关或组织有关人员对饭店内发生的各类案件和火灾事故进行调查。
9. 3 or 5 years of extensive hotel security managing experience.
三至五年相关酒店安全管理经验。
10. Should haveat least 10 years experience sercirty and fire control field.
应至少具有十年的有关保安防火领域的工作经验，有消防证。
