1.Sales Activities 销售活动
Oversee the planning of all sales activities to make sure that there is appropriate sales coverage and effective customer service at all times.
监督所有销售活动的计划,确保在任何时候都有合适的销售覆盖面和有效的客户服务。
Ensure all enquires received at sales office is handled promptly and efficiently.

To make certain that the sales team is constantly soliciting new business opportunities and obtaining sales leads through various sources such as newspaper, internet, TV etc.
确保销售团队不断地通过各种渠道获取新的商机和获得销售线索,如报纸、互联网、电视等。
To monitor the quantity of sales activities to make sure that all sales associates are conducting sales activities according the set guidelines in number of sales activities per day and call volume etc.
监督销售活动的数量,以确保所有销售人员根据既定的每天的销售活动数量和电话销售等进行销售活动
Work all efforts with team to deliver set goals and to achieve monthly/yearly set revenue targets.
与团队一起工作,以实现既定目标,并实现月度/年度既定收入目标
Conduct scheduled (daily, weekly, monthly) meeting to review all sales’ daily sales call report to gain marketing information, customer feedback, and monitor all sales’ performance, give guidance or instruction if necessary.
组织召开定期会议(每日、每周、每月)回顾所有销售人员的每日销售联络报告以获取市场信息、客户反馈和监督销售人员的工作表现,必要时给与指导和指令
2.Account Management客户管理
Ensure that all information related to all accounts are recorded in Opera S&C and filed accordingly, and the accuracy of information in the systems is maintained at all times.
确保与客户相关的所有信息都记录在Opera S&C系统中,并在所有时间内保持信息的准确性
Assist in the set up on strategies and tactics for each account and ensure that all Marriott resources are appropriately used.
协助制定针对每个客户的销售策略和战术,确保万豪资源得到合理使用
Conduct account review and account audit to check on the information obtained for each of the accounts.
进行客户检查和客户审计,以检查所获得的每个客户的信息
Review Call Reports to ensure that all accounts are properly managed.
检查销售联络报告,从而确保所有客户被妥善管理
Ensure that sales-call plan is set up by all sales associates and the plan is efficiently used.
确保所有销售人员都建立销售联络计划,并且计划被有效地使用
Ensure that sales targets are set up for all sales associates.

3.Sales Strategy Planning 策划销售策略
Lead the Sales Strategy team in setting up pricing and positioning for all market segments and the pricing and positioning for catering.
带领销售策略团队对所有划分的市场和宴会进行定价和定位
Regularly review the effectiveness of the Sales Strategy and make recommendations for changes if required.
定期检查销售策略的有效性,并在需要时提出建议
Train and develop all sales associates 培训和发展所有员工
