岗位职责
1.To handle all phone calls promptly according to the hotel and Marriott standard.
使用酒店和万豪的标准,及时处理所有电话。
2. Coordinate with other departments of the hotel including Front Office, Sales, AYS, and Housekeeping etc on guests’ bookings and other requests.
协调和其他部门在客人预订和其他需求的工作,包括前厅部,销售部,“为你服务“,和房务部等等。
3.Be proactive in up-selling and work towards maximization of revenue.
主动的销售并提高酒店收入。
4.Ensure all input in Fidelio are done according to the set guidelines and standards.
确保按酒店标准输入所有的信息在电脑系统。
5.Assist in preparing monthly commission payment for review of Director of Revenue Management (DRM).
协助DRM处理检查每月的付款。
6.Assist in conducting shop calls to check on the pricing strategy of competitor hotels.
协助对同等竞争酒店的电话询价。
