岗位职责:
Overall operation & staff management of the entire Health Club (pool, sauna, lockers).全面负责健身中心(泳池、桑拿、更衣室等)整体运营与人员管理。Keep expenses within budget, minimize loss, hit financial targets on membership, retail &service revenue.严控预算、降低损耗,达成会员费、商品及服务收入等财务指标。Train team to Marriott service standards; deliver bilingual (EN/CN) guest care and achieve membership sales goals.按万豪标准培训团队,提供中/英语优质服务并完成会员销售目标。Set revenue targets & marketing plans; build loyalty program; use data to adjust pricing and drive growth.制定营收目标与营销方案;搭建会员体系;用数据调整定价、驱动增长。Enforce Marriott LSOP on grooming, performance, training & compliance; build a professional team.执行万豪LSOP,管理仪容、绩效、培训与合规,打造专业团队。Establish emergency & safety protocols; ensure zero accidents for guests, staff and hotel property.建立应急与安全制度,确保客人、员工及酒店财产零事故。Maintain two-way communication; daily briefings; cross-department info-sharing to optimize service.保持双向沟通;每日例会;跨部门信息共享,持续优化服务。Partner with F&B to deliver professional poolside dining and special events.联动餐饮部,提供泳池边专业餐饮及特色活动。Have full knowledge of operation of Micros System and Personal Computer for memo‘s and other report required in your department.熟悉微软系统和员工计算机的操作以便职责部门内的备忘录和报告。
岗位要求:
Must hold a nationally recognized fitness coach certification, with international recognized fitness coach qualifications (such as ACE, NASM, ACSM, NSCA, or equivalent) being preferred.必须持有国家认可的健身教练认证,同时持有国际认可的健身教练资格证优先(如:ACE, NASM, ACSM, NSCA或同等资质)。Must hold a valid CPR/AED first aid certificate.必须持有有效的CPR/AED急救证书。
