岗位职责
1.Help direct all activities of the EBC department to ensure the smooth running of the department.
协助宴会预订部门确保所有活动正常运行。
2.Establish and maintain the accounts management system.
建立并维护客户管理系统。
3.Responsible for the maintenance of the EBC profile database and diary.
负责维护宴会销售人员的数据资料和日常工作记录。
4.Handles the negotiation process/enquiries for corporate meetings referred by corporate sales and convention/Association meeting/incentives and corporate meeting groups and social groups as required.
根据需要处理公司会议、协会会议及社会团体的业务进程和需求。
岗位要求
1.Ability to comply reports as required using appropriate computer software.
熟悉电脑系统操作并能制作相关报告。
2.Ability to communicate effectively with various departments.
能良好有效地与其他部门行进沟通。
