1.Select, develop and manage sales staff.

2.Provide sales leadership for sales staff. Actively coach and mentor associates to ensure ongoing sales skill development and performance improvement.

3.With revenue management, develop hotel sales strategy. Ensure that sales strategies are communicated and implemented. Actively monitor performance against goals and provide constructive feedback.

4.Act as hotel sales contact for customers. Serve as customers advocate.

5.Determines the account’s needs, Marriott’s objectives, and marketing activities of each assigned market/account.
确认客户的需求、万豪的目标,以及细分市场/客户的市场行为。
6.Continuously communicates the benefits of the hotel to the customer.
