a. Closely monitors accounts revenue and businessproduction for Convention Association meetings, corporate meetings andIncentive groups or other market segment as may be assigned.

b. Feedbacks on market trends and keeps updatedwith client relationships and overall business goals through closecommunication with Sales Managers.
与销售经理保持紧密的沟通,及时反馈市场趋势并保持与客户联系及良好的关系,达到销售目标。
c. Maximizes up-selling opportunities wheneverpossible.
尽可能的做向上销售。
d. Conducts site inspections for convention,association meeting, corporate meeting and social clients.
带领公司和团队的会议客人参观酒店。
2. Operations 工作运作
a. Ensures effective communication with clients.
确保与客户进行有效沟通。
b. Responsible for the dissemination of grouprelated information to other departments e.g. issues Group Resumes and chairspre and post-convention meeting.
发放团队的相关信息给其他运作部门,如团队预定表,会议的总结表等。
c. Maintains close coordination with respectivedepartments on organizers’ requirements, e.g. with Banquet for operationdetails, etc.
根据会议组织者的要求随时与相关部门保持联系,如与宴会部沟通运做细节等。
d. Follow through from negotiation untildeparture for Conventions, Incentives, Corporate Meeting and AssociationMeeting Groups referred by Travel and Tours Sales, as well as CorporateMeetings referred by Corporate Sales.
跟进旅行社销售同事和公司会议销售同事推荐的各种会议活动从合约商谈到活动结束的所有工作。
3. Office Etiquette & Business Ethics 办公室礼节及商业道德
a. Properly dressed in uniform or business attirewith the general appearance according to the hotel standard.
根据酒店的标准穿着酒店制服,保持良好的职业形象。
b. Conducting business accordingly to the hotelguidelines and local law.
根据酒店的规章制度及地方法律开展商业活动。
c. Compliance to thestandards set up for the sales operation including telephone handling,punctuality, hotel rules, regulations and LSOPs.
依从酒店的各项标准来进行销售运作,包括电话礼仪,准时的作息时间及其他的相关制度等。
