1. Basic AC, Elect and Plumbing principals ， decorations, fire control , AV and related computer skills.
基本空调、电器原理，给排水，装饰技能，消防，AV及有关计算知识
2. Be familiar with preventive maintenance schedule, test and trouble-shooting of air condition and refrigerating installation.
熟知冷、暖空调和冷冻装备之保养计划、试验、检查故障方法和维修技能
3. Be familiar with the anticorrosion methods on tubes, copper, air-condition and other kinds of pipes.
熟知软管、铜管、空调水管道及喉管等之预防腐蚀方法
4. Be familiar with the AC, Elect， Plumbing， fire control, safety actions and regulations.
熟知空调、电器, 机械及消防安全措施及守则。
5. Properly handles and maintains all electrical facilities and tools.
合理的使用和维护所有电气设施和工具。
6. Accepts and is willing to perform general maintenance activities outside of the original routine scope of trade training.
具备社会认可并颁发的培训或相关资格证件，可胜任并自愿地执行综合维修的工作安排。
7. Assist the Engineer to finish daily tasks, so that the electronic system can run trustworthily.
协助工程师完成每天工作分派，确保电子系统可靠运作，以及消防设备安全。
