1、Responsible for the daily operational management of hotel guest floors, ensuring that room cleanliness, maintenance, and service quality meet hotel standards;

2、Supervise and guide the work of housekeeping staff, assign tasks, and check their completion to ensure an efficient and orderly room service process;

3、Regularly inspect the cleanliness and condition of guest rooms and public areas, promptly identifying and resolving any issues;
定期检查客房及公共区域的卫生、设施状况,及时发现并解决存在的问题;
4、Assist in handling guest complaints and special requests, providing timely and thoughtful solutions to enhance customer satisfaction;
协助处理客人的投诉和特殊需求,提供及时、周到的解决方案,提升客户满意度;
5、Responsible for the management of floor supplies, including cleaning materials, linens, etc., ensuring adequate inventory and proper usage;
负责楼层物资的管理,包括清洁用品、布草等,确保库存充足且使用合理;
6、Provide job training for new employees to ensure they master the workflow and service standards;
对新员工进行岗位培训,确保其掌握工作流程和服务标准;
7、Maintain effective communication with other departments (such as front office, engineering, security, etc.) and coordinate the resolution of cross-departmental issues.
