【岗位职责】
1、Responsible for the daily management and supervision of hotel security work, ensuring the safety of hotel property and guests.
负责酒店安全保卫工作的日常管理与监督，确保酒店财产和客人安全。
2、Formulate and implement security work plans, improve safety management systems and emergency response plans.
制定并执行安保工作计划，完善安全管理制度和应急预案。

组织保安人员进行日常巡查，及时发现并处理安全隐患。
4、Handle emergencies and urgent situations, coordinate relevant departments to ensure effective emergency response.
处理突发事件和紧急情况，协调相关部门做好应急响应。
5、Responsible for scheduling, training, and performance evaluation of the security team.
负责保安团队的排班、培训和绩效考核工作。
6、Conduct regular inspections of fire protection facilities and equipment to ensure their proper and effective functioning.
定期检查消防设施设备，确保其完好有效。
