【Job Description 岗位职责】
1、Responsible for the daily cleaning and maintenance of hotel public areas, including the hygiene of lobbies, corridors, elevators, restrooms, and other spaces.
负责酒店公共区域的日常清洁与维护工作,包括大堂、走廊、电梯、洗手间等区域的卫生清洁。
2、Regularly inspect the facilities and equipment in public areas to ensure their proper functioning and promptly report any maintenance needs.
定期检查公共区域的设施设备,确保其正常运行,及时上报维修需求。
3、Follow the hotel's standard operating procedures, using appropriate cleaning tools and chemicals to ensure the safety and efficiency of cleaning tasks.
按照酒店标准操作流程,使用合适的清洁工具和化学品,确保清洁工作的安全与高效。
4、Assist in handling emergency cleaning tasks or other urgent situations.
协助处理突发性清洁任务,或其他紧急情况。
5、Maintain the cleanliness and integrity of cleaning tools and equipment, and perform regular maintenance and upkeep.
保持清洁工具和设备的整洁与完好,定期进行维护和保养。
6、Closely coordinate with other departments to ensure the cleanliness and comfort of public areas, enhancing guest experience.
与其他部门密切配合,确保公共区域的整洁与舒适,提升宾客体验。
