【Job Description 岗位职责】
1、Responsible for ensuring the absolute safety of guests swimming, regularly monitoring the movements of swimmers in the pool, promptly handling drowning cases, carrying out rescue work, and reporting to leaders in a timely manner.
负责宾客游泳的安全、勤巡视池内泳者的动态，发现溺水者要迅速处理，做好抢救工作并及时向领导报告。
2、Carefully carry out daily cleaning work.
认真做好每天的清场工作。
3、Responsible for testing and maintaining the water quality of the swimming pool, as well as maintaining the environmental hygiene of the swimming venue.
负责游泳池水质的测验和保养及游泳场地的环境卫生。
4、Concentrate on work, do not chat with unrelated personnel, do not leave the lifeguard empty, and unrelated personnel are not allowed to enter the pool surface.
上班集中精神，不得与无关人员闲谈，救生台不得空岗，无关人员不得进入池面。
5、Observe by the pool frequently. Pay attention to the movements of swimmers to prevent accidents and ensure the safety of guests. Technical guidance can be provided for those who cannot swim.
勤在泳池边观察。注意游泳者的动向，防止发生意外，保证宾客的安全。对不会游泳者可作技术指导。
6、Regularly inspect the changing room to eliminate potential hazards.
定时检查更衣室，杜绝隐患。
【Job Requirements 岗位要求】
1、Familiar with swimming pool service knowledge, proficient in swimming and emergency rescue techniques, proficient in swimming hygiene and disinfection knowledge, and have obtained a white card or above life-saving certificate.
熟悉游泳池服务知识、掌握游泳和救生急救技术，掌握游泳卫生消毒知识，取得白卡以上救生证书。
2、Capable of independently working according to the quality standards of service work specifications.
能按服务工作规范的质量标准独立进行工作。
3、Must possess emergency rescue skills in water and professional knowledge in land rescue, and be able to quickly and effectively implement first aid measures in the event of water or land accidents to ensure personnel safety.
需具备水上紧急救援技能及陆地人工救护专业知识，能够在发生水上或陆地意外时，迅速、有效地实施急救措施，保障人员安全。
