岗位描述Job Description:
1.负责电子商务网站、全平台新媒体店铺整体规划、落地实施与日常运营,搭建电商+新媒体一体化内部管理制度、运营规范与业务流程。Lead the overall planning, implementation and daily operation of e-commerce websites and multi-platform new media stores; formulate integrated internal management systems, operational standards and workflows for e-commerce and new media businesses.
2.统筹线上店铺站内自然流量运营、站内推广优化,深耕平台后台渠道规则,拓展平台官方线上合作、线上分销体系搭建,负责线上商务对接与平台规则维护。Manage organic in-store traffic and on-site promotion optimization for online stores, keep abreast of backend rules of various platforms, develop official platform cooperation and online distribution systems, and handle business liaison and platform compliance maintenance.
3.负责全平台线上销售项目后台全流程管理,包含产品套餐上架配置。Oversee full backend management of online sales projects, including listing setup of package products.
4.协同上级制定酒店全渠道电商数字化发展策略,管控线上运营成本,依托平台精细化后台运营,提升线上平台品牌曝光、平台自然流量与线上市场份额。Assist superior leaders in formulating the hotel’s omni-channel e-commerce digital development strategy, control operational costs, and boost brand exposure, organic traffic and market share via refined backend operations.
5.统筹小红书、抖音、视频号、大众点评等新媒体账号后台运营管理。 Administer backend operations for new media accounts covering Xiaohongshu, Douyin, WeChat Channels, Dianping and other platforms.
6.负责原生后台数据、流量转化数据的数据分析,迭代产品上架结构、站内活动方案、内容发布节奏,优化运营策略。Conduct data analysis based on native backend statistics and traffic conversion data, optimize product portfolio layout, in-platform campaign plans and content publishing schedule to refine overall operational strategies.
7.搭建酒店线上会员与私域后台体系,依托企微/社群后台工具做用户标签分类、存量用户数据整理、会员权益后台配置,策划平台侧私域运营活动,通过精细化后台运维提升用户复购。Establish the hotel’s online membership and private domain backend system; classify user tags, archive existing user data and configure membership benefits via WeCom and community backend tools; design private-domain campaigns to drive repeat purchases through refined backend management.
8.联动产品、前厅、餐饮、财务等跨部门,对接套餐产品上新、活动资源落地,同步更新各平台后台产品配置与活动设置。Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Front Office, F&B and Finance teams to launch new packages and implement marketing activities, followed by synchronous backend configuration updates for products and campaigns across all platforms.
岗位要求 Requirements
1.熟悉全域数字营销工具与各平台后台操作逻辑,熟悉小红书、抖音、视频号、私域的内容上架、活动配置等实操工作,熟悉社交媒体后台运营规则。Proficient in full-spectrum digital marketing tools and backend operations across major platforms; experienced in content posting and campaign setup on Xiaohongshu, Douyin, WeChat Channels and private domain ecosystems with solid understanding of social media backend rules.
2.具备优秀数据分析能力,熟练提取各平台后台流量、转化、成交等数据,根据数据报表优化产品排布、站内活动与整体运营策略。Strong data analytics competency, capable of extracting traffic, conversion and transaction data from platform backends and optimizing product layout and marketing initiatives based on analytical reports.
3.优秀跨部门沟通协调能力,高效联动各业务部门完成产品上线、活动落地等后台配套工作。Excellent cross-departmental communication skills to coordinate with relevant departments for product launch and backend setup of promotional activities.
4.了解酒店行有酒店行业数字营销工作经验优先,熟悉客房、餐饮、套餐产品线上运营逻辑。Prior digital marketing experience in hospitality industry is preferred; familiar with online sales logic of room packages, F&B combos and bundled products.
5.具备运营创新思维与问题解决能力,能够结合平台后台规则优化运营模式。 Innovative mindset and problem-solving skills to upgrade operational framework in compliance with platform backend policies.
