1、Fully responsible for the cleaning, maintenance, and upkeep of hotel public areas, ensuring all zones meet hygiene standards and brand requirements;

2、Develop and implement the daily work plans for the PA department, allocate tasks reasonably, and supervise employees' operational standards;
制定并执行PA部门的日常工作计划,合理分配工作任务,监督员工操作规范;
3、 Manage the PA team, including employee scheduling, training, performance evaluations, and daily supervision, to enhance team efficiency and service quality;
管理PA团队,包括员工排班、培训、绩效考核及日常督导,提升团队工作效率和服务质量;
4、Control the procurement, inventory, and usage of cleaning supplies and equipment to optimize cost management;
控制清洁用品及设备的采购、库存及使用,优化成本管理;
5、Conduct regular inspections of the condition of facilities and equipment in public areas, promptly report any issues for repair, and follow up on the maintenance progress;
定期检查公共区域设施设备状况,及时报修并跟进维修进度;
6、Address complaints from guests regarding the cleanliness and service of public areas, propose improvement measures, and implement them;
处理宾客对公共区域卫生及服务的投诉,提出改进措施并落实;
7、Cooperate with other departments to ensure cleaning and maintenance for large-scale events or conferences;
配合其他部门完成大型活动或会议的清洁保障工作;
8、Ensure departmental operations comply with the hotel's safety, environmental, and hygiene policies.
