【Job Description 岗位职责】
1、Provide high-quality Chinese dining reception and meal services to VIP guests in accordance with restaurant service standards and procedures.
按照餐厅服务标准和流程，为宾客提供优质的中餐接待及VIP用餐服务。
2、Be familiar with Chinese cuisine menus, beverages, and signature dishes, actively introduce and recommend them to guests, and accurately record order information.
熟悉中餐菜单、酒水及特色菜品，主动向宾客介绍推荐并准确记录点单信息。
3、Responsible for table arrangement, pre-meal preparation, and post-meal cleanup, ensuring a clean and hygienic dining environment.
负责餐桌布置、餐前准备及餐后收尾工作，确保餐厅环境整洁卫生。
4、Respond promptly to guests' needs, handle issues and complaints during dining appropriately, and enhance guest satisfaction.
及时响应宾客需求，妥善处理用餐过程中的问题与投诉，提升宾客满意度。
5、Assist superiors in completing the inventory of restaurant supplies, replenishment of utensils, and maintenance tasks.
协助上级完成餐厅物资盘点、用具补充及维护工作。
6、Collaborate with the team to complete various banquet, conference, and other catering reception tasks.
配合团队完成各类宴会、会议等餐饮接待任务。

2、Having a good sense of service and affinity, being proactive, patient and meticulous in work.
具备良好的服务意识和亲和力，工作积极主动、耐心细致。
3、Standard Mandarin, good communication and expression skills, able to communicate smoothly with guests and colleagues.
普通话标准，沟通表达能力良好，能够与宾客及同事顺畅交流。
4、Physically healthy, able to adapt to the shift work rhythm in the hotel and catering industry.
身体健康，能适应酒店餐饮行业轮班制工作节奏。
5、Have team spirit, obey work arrangements, and possess strong execution ability.
有团队合作精神，服从工作安排，具备较强的执行力。
6、Familiarity with basic dining etiquette or relevant experience is preferred.
熟悉基本餐饮礼仪或具备相关经验者优先考虑。
