Assistant Laundry Manager 洗衣房副经理

【岗位职责 Job Description】
1. Ensure the efficient and orderly completion of laundry, drying, ironing, folding, and distribution of linens, guest garments, and staff uniforms.
确保布草、客衣及员工制服的洗涤、烘干、熨烫、折叠与分发工作高效有序。
2. Supervise and guide operators in following standardized procedures, control detergent usage and energy consumption, and reduce operational costs.
监督并指导操作人员按标准化流程作业，控制洗涤剂用量及能耗，降低运营成本。
3. Regularly inspect the operation of laundry equipment, perform routine maintenance, and promptly report and follow up on any abnormalities.
定期检查洗衣设备运行状况，执行基础保养，发现异常及时报修并跟进处理。
4. Responsible for the inventory management of linens and uniforms, conducting regular stock checks to ensure accuracy and promptly replenishing depleted items.
负责布草与制服的库存管理，定期盘点，确保库存准确，及时补充损耗物品。
5. Coordinate communication with departments such as Housekeeping and Food and Beverage to ensure urgent laundry requests receive prompt responses.
协调与客房部、餐饮部等部门的沟通，保障紧急洗涤需求得到快速响应。
6. Organize pre-job training for new employees and enhance in-service skills to strengthen team safety awareness and service quality.
组织新员工岗前培训及在职技能提升，强化团队安全意识与服务质量。
7. Supervise the implementation of hygiene, environmental protection, and fire safety regulations in the work area to ensure compliance with hotel standards.
监督工作区域卫生、环保及消防规范的执行，确保符合酒店标准。
【岗位要求 Job Requirements】
1.Experience in a laundry room or related cleaning industry is preferred.
有洗衣房或相关清洁行业经历者优先。
2. Be familiar with common fabric washing, stain removal, and ironing techniques, and understand the operating principles of laundry equipment.
熟悉常见织物洗涤、去渍及熨烫工艺，了解洗衣设备操作原理。
3. Possess certain personnel management and organizational coordination skills, capable of leading a team to complete tasks on time.
具备一定的人员管理和组织协调能力，能带领团队按时完成任务。
4. Diligent and meticulous in work, hardworking and able to adapt to shift work and standing positions.
工作细致认真，吃苦耐劳，能适应轮班及站立工作。
5. Possess strong communication skills and a service-oriented mindset, capable of handling emergencies effectively.
具备良好的沟通能力和服务意识，能妥善处理突发事件。
