Chinese Restaurant Waiter 中餐服务员

【岗位职责】
【Job Description】
1. Provide professional food and beverage service for guests in Chinese restaurant, take orders, serve dishes and drinks.
在中餐厅为宾客提供专业餐饮服务，点单、上菜及饮品服务。
2. Prepare restaurant setting before service, reset tables after guests leave, maintain clean dining environment.
餐前摆台准备，客人离席后收台，保持用餐区域整洁。
3. Respond to guest inquiries and requests timely, handle guest feedback properly.
及时回应宾客咨询与需求，妥善处理客人意见。
4. Check tableware and service supplies, report shortages or damaged items to supervisor.
检查餐具及服务物资，向主管上报短缺、破损物品。
5. Follow hotel safety, hygiene and service standards, comply with department rules.
遵守酒店安全、卫生及服务标准，执行部门各项规定。
6. Complete other tasks assigned by Chinese Restaurant Supervisor.
完成中餐厅主管安排的其他工作。
【岗位要求】
【Job Requirements】
1. Prior F&B service experience is preferred.
有餐饮服务经验优先。
2. Neat appearance, polite and good communication skills.
形象整洁，待人礼貌，具备良好沟通能力。
3. Patient, service-oriented, able to work on shifts including weekends and holidays.
有耐心、服务意识强，能够接受轮班，含周末及节假日上班。
