Duty Engineer 值班工程师

1． Ensure that all maintenance and preventive maintenance plans are executed on time within the shift确保所有的维修和预防维修计划都在该班内按时执行。
2. Accept, assign, and follow up on all work orders and maintenance orders
接受，分配并且跟进所有的工作单核维修单。
3. Process technical drawings, as well as record and inventory of stock preparation
处理技术图纸，以及备货的记录和库存。
4. Fault finding, operation, repair, and maintenance to ensure the cleanliness and normal operation of all equipment in the area
故障查找，操作，修理并且保养,确保区域内所有设备的清洁和正常工作。
5. On the premise of ensuring safe operation and business style, we strive to save energy consumption and emphasize the new concept of environmental protection
在保证安全运行和营业格调的前提下，力图节省能耗，注重环境保护的新概念。
6. Supervise the construction of important maintenance and renovation projects, control quality and progress
督导重要维修及增改工程施工，控制质量与进度。
7、Assist external construction units in the construction of this hotel to ensure project quality
协助外施工单位在本酒店的施工，保证工程质量。
Required Qualifications 任职要求:
1. Education level above vocational school; More than 2 years of work experience in the same position
中专以上文化程度；2年以上同岗位工作经验。
2. Must master the basic knowledge of electromechanical engineering equipment
必须掌握机电工程设备的基础知识。
3. Be able to fully understand the management awareness of superiors, organize and command the implementation of work plans for this position, and ensure the normal operation of the engineering department
