1. Complete the maintenance tasks for guest rooms and public areas on the day according to the supervisor's allocation
按照工作分配完成当日客房及公区维修任务。
2. Proactively report work issues and completion status to leaders, and promptly record maintenance logs for the day.
主动向领班汇报工作中的问题及完成情况，及时记录当天维修日志。
3. In addition to timely completing the maintenance tasks assigned by the functional team, one should obey the supervisor's instructions and assist other trades in completing relevant maintenance work.
除及时完成本职能组负责的各维修任务外，应服从主管指派，帮助其它工种完成相关的维修工作。
Required Qualifications 任职要求:
1. More than 1 year of work experience in the same position
有1年以上同岗位工作经验。
2.Having professional knowledge in electricians, plumbers, air conditioners, carpenters, oil workers, and other fields, capable of handling multiple tasks with strong hands-on abilities
具备电工、管工、空调、木工、油工等专业知识，一专多能，动手能力强。
3. Healthy and energetic body
身体健康，精神饱满。
