【Job Description 岗位职责】
1.Develop, recommend, implement and manage the operational department’s annual
and long term goals.
制定、推荐、实施和管理运营部门的年度和长期目标。
2.·Conducts a daily briefing with management on current key activities.

4.Ensure that all operations departments are maximizing revenue and profit potentials while minimizing costs.

5.Manage operational expenses to stay within budget guidelines.
管理运营费用,控制在预算范围内。
6.Manages performance issues that arise within the operational departments, as well as train, develop, coach and counsel, conduct performance evaluations and resolve problems of
departmental team members and managers.
管理运营部门内部的绩效问题,并对团队成员和管理人员进行培训、发展、指导和咨询,组织的绩效评估和解决问题。
7.Manage the operations of the hotel in order to maximize profitability and to ensure superior guest service and product quality.
管理酒店运营,提高利润,并确保优质的对客服务和产品质量。
8. Evaluates changes in guest needs, the guest mix and competitive set, to recommend appropriate product/service and operational changes as necessary.
评估客人的需求不同的客人及竞争者的变化,根据需要推荐合适的产品和服务,并根据需要调整运营。
9.Ensures guest and employee satisfaction, while maintaining market competitiveness and
exceptional financial performance.

10.Anticipate and address guest issues and establish proactive processes to promote guest satisfaction.
参与并解决客人的问题,建立积极主动的处理流程从而提高客人的满意度。
11. Interacts in a positive way with all team members to ensure a luxury guest experience.
以积极的方式与整个团队的成员沟通互动,从而确保客人的奢华体验。
Knowledge and Experience知识和经验
- Bachelor degree or above.
本科以上学历
- 8 years or above experience in hotel management. in the area of recruitment at international hotels
八年及以上星级国际品牌酒店管理工作经验
- Fluent oral and written English.
有良好的英语能力
-With capability of communication and coordination
有较强的沟通协调和管理能力
- Work honestly with strong responsibility, fairly handle matters
工作认真负责,处事公正,有良好的素质
-Interpersonal skills to deal with guests and talent issues
具备处理客人与人才关系问题的技巧
- Confidently able to resolve problems and make decisions
具备决策能力、解决问题的能力

其他要求

  • 国际联号工作经验:优先
  • 年龄要求:35-45岁
  • 语言要求:英语-良好
  • 计算机能力:良好
