Senior Sales Manager（Wedding）高级销售经理（婚宴）

【岗位职责】
1、Responsible for the development and maintenance of the hotel's wedding banquet market, formulating and executing wedding banquet sales strategies to achieve annual sales targets.
负责酒店婚宴市场的开发与维护，制定并执行婚宴销售策略，完成年度销售目标；
2、Establish and maintain good relationships with potential clients, providing professional wedding banquet consulting and customized service solutions.
与潜在客户建立并保持良好关系，提供专业的婚宴咨询及定制化服务方案；
3、Coordinate internal hotel resources (catering, guest rooms, venues, etc.) to ensure efficient execution of wedding banquet events and customer satisfaction.
协调酒店内部资源（餐饮、客房、场地等），确保婚宴活动的高效执行与客户满意度；
4、Analyze market trends and competitor activities, propose optimization suggestions to enhance the competitiveness of the hotel's wedding banquet business.
分析市场趋势及竞争对手动态，提出优化建议以提升酒店婚宴业务的竞争力；
5、Participate in on-site follow-up of wedding banquet events, addressing client needs and unforeseen issues to ensure smooth event execution.
参与婚宴活动的现场跟进，解决客户需求及突发问题，确保活动顺利进行；
6、Regularly organize customer feedback and sales data, submit analysis reports to support management decision-making.
定期整理客户反馈及销售数据，提交分析报告，为管理层决策提供支持。
【岗位要求】
1、Strong market development capabilities and customer relationship management experience; familiarity with the wedding banquet industry’s operating model is preferred.
具备较强的市场开拓能力及客户关系管理经验，熟悉婚宴行业运作模式者优先；
2、Excellent communication and negotiation skills, able to independently conduct business discussions and facilitate cooperation.
优秀的沟通与谈判技巧，能够独立完成商务洽谈并促成合作；
3、Team-oriented with the ability to efficiently coordinate cross-departmental resources.
具备团队协作精神，能够高效协调跨部门资源；
4、Strong ability to work under pressure, adaptable to flexible working hours (including weekends and holidays).
抗压能力强，适应灵活的工作时间（包括周末及节假日）；
5、Proficient in Microsoft Office software.
熟练使用Office办公软件。
