Primary Responsibilities主要职责
·Doing negotiation with the business team and travel team about operations well. Promote the guest bedroom positively. Expand the customer’s source, on the premise that to meet the highest interest of hotel. Sign the sales contract, and ensure sales plan would be finished.
做好与商务团体、旅行团体等进行业务洽谈，积极推销宴会餐饮消费，开拓客源，在满足酒店最高利益的前提下，签订销售合同，并确保销售计划的完成。
· Deal with the letters and telephones about the meal and banquet booking or meeting of major clients, welcome their visiting. Keep and develop the business relationship well.
处理主要客户订餐、订宴会或会议的函电，接待他们的来访，与他们保持和发展良好的业务关系。
· Do the sales visiting, visit individual of Business Company, travel agency and government usually. Set up cooperation relationship and business contact in future.
进行销售拜访，经常对商务公司、旅行社、政府客户进行个人拜访，建立良好的合作关系和将来业务的联系。
· Administering every task in the banquet meeting notice list should according to the agreement which signed with clients. And pay attention to the hotel arrangement in reason and right.
宴会会议通知单上每项工作要根据与客户签订的协议执行，并注意店内安排合理与正确。
· Help facilitate and when necessary organize, type, and/or distribute Resumes, Cover Sheets, and BEOs. All documents are to be issued 10 days – 2 weeks prior to a group’s arrival. Any and all revisions after issue are to be communicated in a timely manner in writing whenever possible, and verbally when necessary to all affected Departments.
协助会议组织协调，分发团队BEOs。所有文件在团队到来前10天 - 2周前发放。任何及所有的修订后的问题要及时以书面形式或尽可能用口头通知向所有受影响的部门。
Knowledge and Experience知识和经验
· Have more than three years work experiences about sales in hotel, should be engaged in basic level job.
具有五年以上酒店销售相关工作经验。
· Have the strong ability of social campaign, adapt to changes, and judge. Mastery sales professional knowledge, can guide the subordinate work
具有较强的社会活动能力、应变能力及判断能力，熟悉本职工作，掌握一定销售专业知识，能引导下级人才工作。
· Have the ability of language.
具有一定语言文字能力。
· Mastering the knowledge of banquet sales skills, have the strong practice experience and positive attitude to work.
掌握一定宴会销售的技能、技巧知识，并具有较强的实践经验，以及积极的工作态度。
